The project is funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by the International Labour Organization (ILO).

It is aimed at strengthening the capacity of both organizations, with the overall objective of supporting their affiliates in taking advantage of the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) with the European Union.

The seminar is designed to disseminate the project information and harness the support of the affiliate trade unions and employer organizations, in an effort to maximize the impact of the project in individual territories, as well as the region as a whole.

Participants will be drawn from the Public Service Union (PSU), the Commercial, Technical and Allied Workers Union (CTAWU) and the Employers Federation.
