O’Garro died on August 16, after succumbing to a gunshot he sustained on July 28, when he allegedly broke into the Mahagony Square Bar at Richmond Hill.

The deceased was allegedly shot by Earl Abraham, the proprietor of the bar, who was at the property when O’Garro is said to have climbed over a fence and entered the premises. Abraham allegedly fired shots from his licensed firearm in the direction of O’Garro, striking him in his abdomen.

O’Garro was warded at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital where he died. He was set to be charged for burglary upon his discharge.(JJ)
