CWSA explained that Bill Express will become an additional outlet for the collection of their customers’ water bills. The agreement became effective on January 16, 2014.

This new partnership will give customers more options in the number of locations available to pay their bills. Customers can now visit the Western Union location on Granby Street, Kingstown, and Western Union in Calliaqua, while still maintaining the option of paying directly at CWSA.

Bill Express offers very convenient opening hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Mondays to Fridays and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays.

“The convenience of the opening hours of Bill Express will be a major benefit for customers of CWSA and afford them the opportunity to pay their bills on their time” said Kerrian Johnson, marketing development manager of GraceKennedy Money Services.

GraceKennedy Money Services has recently invested in upgraded technology which introduces several advantages to billers and customers alike, including multiple uploads of customer payments daily, cross border payments to any market in which Bill Express operates, and customer accounts are updated within 24 hours. According to Johnson, “Bill Express has continued to find creative ways to improve the customer experience through creative innovation and convenience.” Each bill payment will attract a minimal charge of EC$1.00.
