Registration for new National ID cards has been suspended in the constituencies for the remainder of the year.{{more}}

A release from supervisor of elections Sylvia Findlay said registration will resume on Monday, January 6, 2014, in all fifteen constituencies.

“In the interim, the Electoral Office located on Bay Street in Kingstown will distribute all completed ID Cards as well as deal with all emergencies regarding registration for ID Cards,” the release said.

Findlay is also making a special appeal to those persons who registered between July 2009 and July 2013 to collect their ID cards from the Electoral Office.
