Scotland sustained injuries in an accident between the motorcycle he was riding and a passenger van on Tuesday.

According to police, Scotland’s motorcycle, PK 841, was involved in an accident with passenger van HK 297, driven by Osbourne Hewitt.

The accident occurred around 11:35 a.m and police sources say that the motorcycle was exiting at the intersection from the New Montrose Hotel and the van was travelling from Kingstown when both vehicles collided.

The police say that the motorcycle rider was wearing a helmet; it, however, came off on impact. (DD)
