Digicel staff members give to Salvation Army

On Tuesday, March 5, Country Manager at Digicel Sonia Polius handed over EC$550 to Major Pierre Antoine of the Salvation Army.{{more}}

The donation, which was done at Digicel’s Corporate Offices, located in the Lewis Building on James Street, came from Digicel’s staff members.

Digicel’s Office Administrator Michelle Thomas said that the money was raised by staff members who decided to forgo the Christmas gift exchange and instead donate the money they would have spent to the Salvation Army.

Country manager Polius commented that it was a good gesture that shows that staff members are always thinking of the less fortunate in society.
