Shoppers ‘win big’ with Brydens and Huggies

Another leading brand distributed by Brydens St Vincent has concluded a major promotion, geared towards giving something back to its valuable customers.{{more}}

The ‘Huggies Diapers and Wipes’ promotion, which started May 28, recently enlisted the help of children at the Happy Days Pre-School to select the winners.

There were two major prizes: EC$400 worth of Huggies Diapers, Pull-Ups, Good Nights or baby wipes per month for a year; and pre-school fees for one academic year, valued at up to EC$3,000.

Ossanna De Riggs won the 12-month supply of Huggies products, and Suenique de Shong won the one-year pre-school fees.

Several lucky individuals won $100 worth of cell phone credit each, namely Ernest Lewis, Allana Matthews, Delarene Thomas, Danielle Penniston, Barry De Freitas, and Antonia Robertson.

To participate, customers had to purchase any available Huggies products then fill in and enter the coupon which they received into the draw box.

The promotion ran up until July 28 and, according to brand manager (for Huggies) Miles Boyea, the company is happy to be giving back to the customers.

“We at Huggies, through Brydens, are really proud to be targeting this sector of the market with this promotion,” said Boyea.

“Very often many promotions are geared toward adult winners, but with this, whilst the adults will be the ones making the purchase, we felt it necessary to reward them through supporting the toddlers in their early stages of school life, by keeping them dry and comfortable with our Huggies brand.”

Huggies is the brand name of a major disposable diaper marketed by Kimberly-Clark.

Boyea further thanked Manolo Miranda of Kimberly-Clarke in Puerto Rico, for making the promotion possible; and Earl McKie, key sales representative for Kimberly-Clarke, for doing a “great job” with the promotion.
