Today is the deadline for the Best New Song Competition

Calypsonians and Soca Artistes interested in participating in this year’s “Best New Song Competition”, organized by the Carnival Development Corporation, are reminded that registration closes today, Tuesday, April 17.{{more}}

Registration Forms are available at the CDC’s office at Victoria Park.

Auditions will also be held today.

All registration forms must be accompanied by a copy of the song on a CD, which should be ready for airplay.

The “Best New Song Competition” forms part of the official opening of Vincy Mas, which is scheduled for Saturday, May 5.
