A book of condolence has been opened at the Embassy of Cuba in recognition of the death of Army Corps General Julio Casas Regueiro.{{more}}

Regueiro, a member of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, Vice-President of the State Council and Minister of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of the Republic of Cuba, died in Havana at 1:20 pm on September 3, following a heart attack.

A release from the Cuban Embassy said that a book of condolence has been opened for signature at the headquarters of the Embassy in Ratho Mill. The book will be available for signature today, Tuesday, September 6 and tomorrow, Wednesday, September 7, from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and from 2:00 pm to 5:00 p.m.
