The concert will feature several ministers of the gospel who are virtually unknown, giving them an opportunity to display their God given talent. Talented ministers will come as far as Sandy Bay and will minister through song, dance, poetry, spoken work and monologues.

Assistant Ministry Leader of Exalt Him Worship Ministries and Co-ordinator of the event Sheree Dennie Edwards told SEARCHLIGHT of the concept behind the show.

“Being involved in ministry around the island, we (Exalt Him) realize that there is lot of unexposed talented ministers in the crevices of our island. Also because of the monotony of gospel shows in SVG, you could almost know who will be on a gospel show stage without even being there. We decided as we usually do to break the mold and go outside of the norm and give these ministers a chance to find their proverbial soapbox and spread their message and unearth their gifts that has been hidden as jewels in the rough,” Edwards said.

The event will also feature a guest artist out of St. Lucia, a Hidden Treasure himself, Germal Maxwell.

Edwards promises a great night of worship for patrons who attend the show on Saturday night. The show will begin at 6 pm. Entrance fee is $15 for Adults, $10 for children over 12 years and $5 for children under 12 years.

“You can expect an explosion of god given, spirit filled, Jesus driven talent that will leave people in awe not only at the awesome presence of God and the rich experience of worship, but at the fact that the individuals they might have not have known can do so much,” she said.

Persons can also visit the Exalt Him Facebook page to get a sneak peak of the “HiddenTreasures” who will be featured at Saturday’s event.
