Press Release

According to CED’s Public Relations Officer, Keisha Phillips, these seminars are crucial areas in business development and success.

“Over the years we have been the driving force behind the culture of service excellence that is slowly developing in the business sector, and we hope that more businesses would see the need to have their workers trained in providing quality customer service to their clients.”

“Additionally, last year we introduced the Basic Math Skills for Business Seminar because we recognized that this is an area that needs to be addressed as well. The response was great. In fact persons who participated wanted us to extend the time because they actually enjoyed doing math!”

Phillips says registration is now open for the seminars on Quality Customer Service and Math Skills for Business. Course Outlines and application forms are available at CED’s Office. Interested persons can also call 451-2235/6.
