The Graduates Calypso Tent will be holding a General meeting at the Victoria Park on Saturday, April 2, 2011, at 3:00 pm, to finalise plans for its 2011 calypso season.{{more}} All members and prospective members are invited to attend, since matters to be discussed include auditions, size of the cast, musical accompaniment, sponsorship, 2010 review, and other matters related to the calypso season.

Tent leader Glenroy ‘Sulle” Caesar, Lexy Joseph and Aubrey Burgin are scheduled to address the members on how the tent is expected to operate for the season. The tent had a cast of 19 calypsonians in 2010 and also held its usual in-house extempo competition which has been a feature of Graduates over the years. Some of the Calypsonians expected to perform with the tent this year are Sulle, Tajo, Black Messenger, Blakey, Nzimbu, Gumbsy, Wassy, Nubian Empress, Sweet Sixteen and several others. The tent hopes to have a minimum of two shows before the preliminary judging.
