Norris Lewis of Prospect was given the notice a day after the NDP’s protest.

The truck, which drove along Halifax Street, was blocked by a Royal St.Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force fire tender from entering Heritage Square. This caused a clash between protesters and police officers.

Police officers had strictly prohibited the use of a public address system on the trucks, but this was ignored by the NDP.
