Junior John of Belle Vue (now pursuing his Phd in Computer Science in Atlanta, Georgia) has donated a quantity of school supplies and stationery to the George Stephens Senior Secondary and the Colonarie Primary School.{{more}}

John is a past student of the Colonarie RC School and is the son of retired Headteacher Cecelia Defretias-Brown.

Defreitas-Brown also gives a monthly stipend so that at least twenty students can have a hot meal daily.
