The two entities which are benefitting are The School for Children With Special Needs and the St. Benedicts’s Children’s Day Nursery and Children’s Home.

In the case of the School for Children With Special Needs, their FCIB contribution will go towards the participation of eight of their students in CAMP ABLE in Trinidad and Tobago in July this year. Camp ABLE (Active, Bodies, Leadership and Esteem) is a volunteer sports leadership camp designed for hearing impaired teenagers.

The St. Benedicts Children’s Day Nursery and Children’s Home will use its financial donation to help bring its account current, so that it can continue to construct its new facility and bring this phase of its building project to completion.

FirstCaribbean’s contribution to these two organizations is yet another demonstration of the bank’s commitment to developing our communities as part of its corporate social responsibility.
