According to Warren Knights, band leader for the Sion Hill pan side, the donation will be used to purchase new instruments from Trinidad.

A portion of the funding will cover costs associated with the Euphonium’s summer training programme.

Knights alluded to the fact that it was the longest running programme of its kind and, according to him, the most successful, having trained over 500 youths since its inception.(DD)
