‘All I want for Christmas is…’

And for one lucky Digicel customer, that is what he or she will be saying as a result of Digicel’s end of year promotion.{{more}}

That person will have a choice of a plot of land, a $20,000 a year vacation for 5 years or a new car.

Each prize has a value of $100,000.

Persons become eligible for the top prize by topping up $25 or more, joining the Digicel family or purchasing a handset.

Post paid customers are not being left out as paying their bill on time makes them eligible for entry into the big draw.

“This is a twist. People have a choice, and this is the interesting part of it,” Sonia Polius, Digicel Country Manager, said.

“We recognized that people may want different things, and this was the desired aim, to give people flexibility,” she continued.

There will be weekly prizes along the way, giving persons the chance to win petrol and food vouchers, free credit, shopping sprees and electronic devices.

Weekly winners also qualify for the grand prize.

“This is us giving back something of value and worth,” said Jerry George, Head of Public Relations for the

OECS, speaking at the official launch November 12.

This in recognition of the loyalty of Digicel’s customers, George continued.

“Our loyalty is superb and we need to recognize that and felt the need to give something back.”

“Every Christmas, we thought it is important to excite the market,” George contended.
