The Carnival Development Corporation (CDC), in collaboration with National Economic and Social Development Council (NESDEC), will be hosting a capacity building workshop entitled “Components Empowered” to assist member organisations and affiliates of Youlou Pan Movement, Carnival Bands Association, SVG Calypsonians Association and the Rural Committees with training in various managerial areas.{{more}}

The workshop will take place on Saturday, November 14 and Sunday November 15 from 9 a.m.

Presentations from local facilitators will cover topics such as Financial Management, Event Management, Proposal Writing and Professional Development.

Representatives from all steel bands, mas tents, calypso tents and rural carnival committees are invited to attend. Registration forms are available at the CDC’s Office.
