Park Hill resident Rhonie Marksman now has a new Motorola E8 cellular phone courtesy Digicel.{{more}}

Marksman received the new handset from Digicel’s Dealer Accounts Manager, Fanta Williams at Jax Enterprises as part of Magna’s second anniversary celebrations.

Marksman was electronically chosen by Magna for the prize after swiping his Magna card between February 13 and March 31.

“Digicel will like to thank their loyal customers and remind customers that being a Magna partner is the greatest compliment when you are a Digicel customer,” Williams said, just before presenting Marksman with his new phone.

“When you are with Digicel and you have a Magna card, you get points when you top up and points when you purchase a handset. Those points can then be used to purchase credit and handsets and it’s a way that we feel we are giving back to our customers on a daily basis and it’s the greatest way to show loyalty”.

Williams also commented that the continued collaboration between Digicel and Magna is a benefit to customers, “and that’s why we are sticking with it”.

Magna’s Senior Development Manager for the Eastern Caribbean, Theresa Belizaire, was present at the handing over and thanked Digicel for choosing to be a partner with Magna. She said Magna looks forward to the continued support from Digicel.

Marksman said he was very grateful for the new phone stating, “I’m going home to study this phone because it looks complicated.”

Marksman was one of eight winners rewarded by Magna.
