According to a release from Karib Cable, a letter received Friday, 27th March, 2009, from Hanna Lane, a Senior Account Manager from the Global Network for Speedtest Networks, said that Karib Cable Kelcom International was recognized as being the top country in South America for the fastest and most consistent network for download speed results.

Karib Cable topped countries such as Chile, Grenada, Trinidad, and Brazil with an average of 3.15 Mbps download speeds, the release said.
