Courts gets players ready for carnival

After a successful promotion last year with local Soca diva Zoelah, furniture and appliance dealer Courts St. Vincent Limited has decided to once again partner with the singer for another Carnival season.

This year the singer’s soca song ‘Zoom In’ has been transformed to ‘Zoom In to Courts’ in a promotion that runs until July 10th. {{more}}

According to Courts Marketing Manager Alexis Harry-John, the company is pleased to work along with the artiste once again, whose 2007 hit ‘Go Down Low’ was used by the store.

“The Zoelah brand is a natural fit for Courts.” Harry-John said at a press conference on Monday. “We both share mass market appeal, and Zoelah’s zest and passion for life are very important attributes for the Courts brand.”

Harry indicated that customers taking part in the Zoom In to Courts promotion will not only receive 60 per cent off selected items, but also chances to win Carnival costumes from Aunt Jobe’s High Voltage, KFC SVG Players International and Ahdrenaline Mas Band.

Vouchers going towards electricity bills will also be available to customers.

In more Courts Carnival News, the furniture and appliance dealer made monetary donations of EC $1200 to the previously mentioned mas bands.

Cheques were presented to Ahdrenaline mas band and Aunt Jobe’s High Voltage at the press conference.

“This demonstrates Courts’ commitment in supporting local talents, we will continue to align ourselves with strong local brands.” Harry-John said.
