Image Modelling Agency has successfully stamped its mark over the region, and now they’re working hard at making an even bigger mark on the international scene.{{more}}

Members of Image will be participating in the launch of St. Kitts Fashion Week in New York on 18th May at the Harlem School of the Arts, Manhattan. This will present an exciting and unique opportunity to promote St. Vincent and the Grenadines as not only a destination, but also as a player in the global fashion and clothing manufacturing industry.

In a press release dated May 14th, Chaperone and Managing Director Monique Arthur-Tash announced that Image Modelling Agency will be represented by Odini Sutherland (Regional Face of Shabeau winner), Tanya Fraser, Andrew Russell and Zowi Stapleton, who is currently residing in the USA.

Local design houses, Kimon Baptiste and Kimya Glasgow Designs will rub shoulders at this prestigious event, with top designers and models from Antigua, Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad, New York and host island

St. Kitts. Key players in the New York fashion media will be in attendance and models will have the chance to benefit from training and industry networking opportunities.

Image Modeling Agency was able to take part in this show due to the kind assistance of Cable & Wireless, The Mustique Company, Equity Chambers, the Department of Culture and the many Vincentians who supported the models’ ‘walkathon’, which was held on Monday, 12th May. (JSV)
