SVG has new recycling plant

When David Man arrived here some months ago to work on the Buccament Ridgeview Project, he never expected to fall as deeply in love with this country as he did.{{more}}

So much so that he decided to invest in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, purchasing a recycling plant to recycle old derelict vehicles at a cost of US$50,000.

The machine takes approximately 65 seconds to crush a vehicle, and the company will also be involved in recycling glass, plastic and rubber, using a granulation machine.

By the end of 2008, all of this country’s derelict vehicles will be a thing of the past and SVG a cleaner healthier place to live.

Persons who have derelict vehicles can have them picked up free of charge by calling 494-1332.
