Bajan wanted for murder caught in SVG

Members of the Rapid Response Unit have apprehended 32-year-old Barbadian Gregg Antonio Prescott, who is wanted by the Barbados Police for the murder of Junior “Ju Ju” Butter of Barbados.{{more}}

On January 15, 2008, acting on information received, the police went to the village of Glen and met Prescott in a motor car in the yard of the house where he was living. He was questioned and admitted he arrived in St. Vincent and the Grenadines by speedboat to evade Barbados police.

Members of the Royal Barbados Police Force are expected in St. Vincent and the Grenadines to escort Prescott back to Barbados after being a fugitive for some time.
