For the next four Tuesdays, customers shopping at Courts would be treated to fine cuisine, as the furniture and furnishings store launched their âCourts Merry Mealâ promotions this week.{{more}}
The event, which is being conducted in conjunction with the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Hotel Association and the Ministry of Tourism, showcases a variety of local and regional dishes, prepared around the Christmas season.
According to Marketing Executive of Courts Alexis Harry, its main objective is to display the capabilities of the wide range of appliances available at the store.
âThe aim is to put Courts at the forefront of Christmas activities, and ensure we are top of the Christmas shopping list.â
Harry promised customers that each week there will be a new menu on hand, and that customers should come shopping with not only with an appetite for deals but also for meals.
This Tuesdayâs meal consisted of glazed ham, stewed pigeon peas, sautéed eddoes, mini vegetable kebabs and ginger beer. It was prepared by chefs Colin James and Marrolin Ollivierre of the Young Island Resort.
The meals cater for at least 60 customers.
Harry also revealed that todayâs launching of the âCourts your Christmas Shopâ promotions will also feature food – a ham and grog giveaway, as well as credit offers, a double entry on their car promotions and Double Bubble top ups for Courts bMobile customers. (JJ)
