bMobile works with ABS to add E -TOP UP to Q Point Top Up Terminals island wide.

In a continued effort to increase customer satisfaction, Cable & Wireless (SVG) Ltd., along with Advanced Business Systems Inc. bring online the availability of E-Top Up to all Q-Point terminals island wide for bMobile TopUps,.. no more entering of PINs.{{more}}

“It is always our mission to improve our customer service experience and of course make it easy for our customers using our bMobile services. With this additional service on Q-Point terminals in operation, bMobile users have even more places where they can buy E-TOP UP credit,” said VP Mobile, Marketing and Broadband (Ag.), Fitzgerald Huggins. “We are always working on new and exciting ways to make having a bMobile phone more convenient for Vincentians. Within the past months we have lowered our calling rates considerably and had great promotions to reward our loyal customers.

General Manager of ABS Eastern Caribbean, Harry Gibson, said that ABS is happy to provide this service via Q-Point in support of bMobile and their efforts to improve their services. “It has been a pleasure to work with Cable and Wireless and their bMobile brand over the years. bMobile customers are able to add credit to their phones via Q Point machines or through the pin less eTopUp services where bMobile vendors send credit directly to their handsets.
