Former Roy’s Inn Hotel re-opens under new name

The hotel formerly known as Roy’s Inn and before that Camelot Inn is once again under new management.

The 20 room hotel situated at Kingstown Park, now under the name Grenadine House, will be managed by European Walter Heimann, a 30-year veteran in the hospitality business.{{more}}

Grenadine House was acquired by BM Properties late last year, and is expected to open in early April.

The hotel underwent some renovations in preparation for the opening, mainly in the kitchen and conference room area. A staff of 25 persons is expected to be involved in the day-to-day operations of the hotel.

Previous to his appointment by BM Properties, Heimann was manager of The Beach Plaza, a four star hotel in St. Martin. Prior to that, he was Director of Passenger Services for star clipper cruises based in Monaco.
