Brenda Barbour, Digicel’s Corporate Account Executive, said the telecommunications company took the decision to donate the computers to the school because Digicel sees the students as future ambassadors.

Antoinette Jardine, Deputy Principal, said the institution appreciates such gifts because they can be used to improve the students’ abilities and make them ready for the future.

Two computer-related subjects are taught at the St. Joseph’s Convent Kingstown: Information Technology and Electronic Document Preparation and Management.
