Police learn driving techniques from Automobile Association

On Saturday, May 20, members of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Automobile Association and members of the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force took part in what they hope will become a regular venture.

Assisted by members of the Automobile Association, 12 police officers were given tips, techniques and hands-on training in car control. {{more}} President of the SVGAA, Art Huggins, preceded this venture with a class earlier in the week to teach and explain the basics of car control to the group of officers.

Inspector Tannis, who has been the co-ordinator of this venture, expressed his appreciation towards the SVGAA for their assistance.

The hands-on aspect of this training is expected to continue over the next few Saturdays for different groups of police officers.
