While speaking to the students, Minister Miguel encouraged the students to cooperate with their teachers and to work hard because it’s the only way they will succeed. She advised the students to put aside the television, sports and fun for now and cling to their books.

Miguel told the students that the Ministry is concerned about them and the conditions at the school and that is why Government is cleaning up the environment so that it is conducive to learning.

The Intermediate High School has recently been placed under Government’s control.
