This state-of-the-art technology is Internet based. Patrons will no longer have to wait until the next day to purchase their tickets; as long as Outlets are open, they can purchase the tickets, which will be relayed back to the sole server via the Internet.

Manager of the National Lotteries Authority, McGregor Sealey stated that as a business organisation they are always looking for different ways to generate income while contributing to society. He said that in the last financial year, which brought in $22.6 million, the Three-D game raked in a whopping $16 million. He said that the game is the most lucrative by far and looks forward to the growth and success of Three-D. Sealey further added that with the new Abrazo system he is looking forward to sales increases of 10 to 15 percent. Winnings of $500 can also be redeemed at any outlet in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Chairman of the NLA, Murray Bullock said that over the past five years the organisation’s revenue has grown tremendously from over $15 million to $22 million. He said that they continue to be committed to sports and culture and that they are looking at the possibility of re-introducing the popular Bingo game.

The Abrazo system went online last Saturday and its official launch is slated for April 8, 2006.
