New Library for Evesham

One of this country’s leading accountants has made a timely donation to his Alma mater, the Evesham Methodist School. The gift is expected to develop the reading skills of the institution’s students. {{more}}

Rueben John, on Monday, March 6, officially opened the refurbished library at the Evesham Methodist School, a project that he funded.

John received his primary education at the rural school during the late 1960s to early 1970s.

Delivering brief remarks, he said one of the secrets of being successful is to aim to be at the highest level, and being able to read well is one of the tools in facilitating that ambition.

“I love to read,” said John.
