The main objectives of the workshop were to create a partnership in the education of students, to share knowledge, classroom strategies and pedagogical ideas, and for professional development.

The key focus of this year’s workshop was Problem Solving. According to a press release from the facilitators, “The process of developing meaningful problem solutions always leads to greater understanding of the concept being studied. Success in problem solving breeds success in learning, and with that success comes that upward spiral all of us desire for our students.”
