Environmental Allowance from Green Party
The SVG Green Party announced on Tuesday that if elected to government they will introduce an Environmental Allowance for every household of EC $200 a month.

The Green Party hopes the Environmental Allowance will stimulate the circulation of money in the Vincentian economy and assist in eradicating poverty within SVG.
According to the partyâs release, they hope that with money circulating, “the economy will be more vibrant and the allowance would create trade for everyone … and new entrepreneurs could rely on this income while their businesses start up.”
The release urged voters to vote the telephone, the symbol of the party and continued, “no other party can deliver the economic expertise needed to make the Environmental Allowance a success.”
