Woman raped after leaving

Police are investigating the rape of a 28-year-old female resident of Glen.{{more}}

It is believed that the female Glen resident may have encountered her worst nightmare when on her way home last Friday evening after what was supposed to be a fun filled evening at the popular Culture Pot where the East St.George Carnival festivities had been launched earlier.

Reports reaching SEARCHLIGHT indicate that a young man attacked the woman at Glen with a cutlass, hauled her into the bushes and raped her.
