The 2004 Miss SVG winner Jevorne Williams surprised many when she was announced and mounted the podium to read a lengthy citation on Dr. Lewis. Miss SVG, had taken a break from her Cave Hill, UWI study to return to her constituency base to endorse Dr. Lewis.
