Apprenticeship for students

Chief Education Officer Susan Dougan has announced that the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Chamber of Industry and Commerce has agreed to take students into a special programme of apprenticeship. {{more}}
Dougan made the revelation while speaking at the opening of the West St. George Secondary School in Belair last Monday.
She said that second- year students of multi-purpose centres will be attached to business houses, “so that when they have finished, they can achieve a certain level and be ready for the world of work”.
