Bishop’s celebrates 40th anniversary

In the 1960’s, it was extremely difficult for many students to get into the few secondary schools in Kingstown, especially those from the rural areas.

Bishop’s College is now celebrating 40 years of existence, and as part of the year’s celebrations, pioneer past students at home are planning a reunion for past students of the 1960s. This is expected to take place during our festive carnival season, 11th – 17th July 2004. All pioneer past students residing anywhere in the world – be it Europe, North America, the Caribbean, Africa, or wherever, are invited to come home and share in this activity.
It is hoped that the reunion will assist in keeping the alumni in closer contact and that together they can make a contribution to their Alma Mater.
