Skarpyon plans to launch ‘One to One’ album

Defending calypso monarch Shernell “Skarpyon” Williams plans to launch his greatest hits album this week.{{more}}

Williams told SEARCHLIGHT that the album, titled “One to One,” will feature some of his best and most favourite contributions over the years, and has a mix of calypso, soca, ragga soca and dancehall, which he indicated is something for everyone.

The former Ragga Soca and Road March Champion, on the heels of defending his calypso crown at Diamanche Gras on Sunday, says he is confident about going into the Big Yard as the defending champion, but his focus is more of giving a sterling performance, and leave his winning or losing in the hands of the judges.(JJ)
