Bank’s Party Undetected

The huge success of last year’s effort has caused members of the FirstCaribbean International Bank Social Club to add an extra day to what they hope to be an annual carnival bar at the bank’s parking lot.{{more}}

This evening, for the first time, the club will host a masquerade ball dubbed ‘Party Undetected’, borrowing a page from the Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman’s movie ‘Eyes Wide Shut’.

The event, which begins at 10 p.m. will see patrons receiving a mask, beaded necklaces and complimentary drinks upon entry.

Revelers will be entertained by a number of local and international DJs, as well appearances from surprise artistes.

Party action continues at the location through the weekend, and closes on the night of Tuesday July 7th.

The bank yard fete as it popularly known, had been missing from the scene for a number of years due to violent activities. Organizers are hoping not only for violence free events, but also a safe and peaceful carnival for all persons participating in Vincy Mas 2009.(JJ)
