Mashed Potato Cheese Puffs
You will need:
2 cups leftover mashed potatoes 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 2 large eggs
1/ 2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/ 2 tsp black pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 cup breadcrumbs
Method:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined. Form the mixture into small balls, roll them in breadcrumbs, and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot and enjoy!
