Hey Rosie,
I have a sister-in-law who is a plain nasty switch! Over the years she has caused my brother to become alienated from the family and this is sad, especially to my mother.
Rosie, I really want to go and cuss her off and also my brother too! I canât believe that he canât stand up to her.
Should I go over there and confront them? He didnât even call his mother for Motherâs Day.

I can feel your anguish and I am truly sorry for this very painful experience, but unfortunately, there isnât much that you can do about it.
You see, he is a grown man who can make his own decisions. No woman or man can make him ultimately not do the right thing. So, we canât blame his wife, no matter how much you may not like her. Your brother has to want to have a relationship with your mother and the rest of the family.
You are going to have to keep your distance. You can wish him the best, but know you canât change him â only he can do that.
