Caesar remains ULP’s man for South Central Windward

SABOTO CAESAR is once again the candidate selected to contest the South Central Windward seat for the ruling Unity Labour Party (ULP) in the next general elections. He was nominated on Sunday August 10, 2025, at the Diamonds Government School by party delegates.

Caesar, who is into his fourth general elections cycle, thanked the many persons present, including former area representative, Selmon Walters, for their unwavering support and commitment not just to his personal development, but also the upliftment of the community and by extension St Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG).

Addressing the gathering which also included his wife, Caesar spoke of the work done by the ULP over the years since being voted into office in March, 2001. He reminded the gathering that he attended the Diamonds Government School for half-day on a shift system, and that it was “this government…, this Unity Labour Party government” which ended that system and also ensured that all children attend secondary school.
