Representing Jarplum Enterprises, Ince was the clear winner, after she had won three of the five judged segments: Best Interview, Best Talent and Best Sportswear.

Second to Ince was Keandra Joseph – Miss J’ Ouvert in January. Joseph won the categories of Best Evening Wear and Best Christmas Wear.

And, completing the top three was Sueshe Haywood – Miss Lil G Investments.

Zarina Woods – Miss Caesar’s Real Estate and Z’annie Charles – Miss Rodney Trucking Services, made up the complement of five contestants who were vieing for the crown.

There were two awards presented — that of Miss Congeniality for which Woods was adjudged the recipient, while Joseph grasped the Miss Photogenic accolade. A bubbly Ince said following the pageant that she was always confident of winning.

“From the start of the show, I knew that I was going to win … I was that confident,” related Ince, a Form 3 student of the St Joseph’s Convent Kingstown.

Ince opined that her execution of her talent, as well as the poise with which she did the interview, were the definitive factors for her winning the title.

Excited about being the second winner of the Miss Claus show, Ince disclosed that entering the Miss SVG Beauty Pageant is among her future ambitions.

The 2018 Miss Claus Pageant was hosted by the Sea Operations Nar Fren Dem Sports Club for the second year.

K-tonya Peters won the maiden Miss Claus title in 2017.
