Police arrested and charged Kenny Badnock, a 36-years-old chauffeur of South Union, with the offence of Assault Bodily Harm, Wednesday.
According to investigations, the accused allegedly assaulted a 36-years-old Janitor of Georgetown by striking him with a cutlass in his back, causing Actual Bodily Harm. The incident occurred on July 30, at about 12 pm, at the Geese Shed in Kingstown.

Badnock is expected to appear before the Kingstown Magistrate Court to answer the charge.
