Bull cattle stolen from 61-year-old, mason accused

A 26 year old mason of Yambou will return to court on June 17 in Biabou in connection with an allegation of animal theft.

The police said in a report that they arrested 26 year old Alanzo Corridon on June 6, 2022 and charged him with stealing a black and white bull cattle belonging to a 61 year old farmer of Calder.

It is alleged that the head of cattle, valued at EC$4,500.00 was stolen between 10.30 p.m on May, 18 and 10:30 p.m on May 19, 2022.

Corridon appeared in the Serious Offences Court on Tuesday, June 6 and pleaded not guilty to the charge. He was granted bail in the sum of $5500.00 with one surety. The matter was adjourned to June 17 , 2022 and transferred to the Biabou Magistrate’s Court.
