Young man charged with handling stolen goods

A 20 year old labourer of Lowmans Windward is to appear in the Kingstown Magistrate’s Court to answer four counts of handling stolen goods.

The police said in a report that Romano Jacobs was arrested and charged on April 22, 2022 with the offense.

He was allegedly met with the carcasses of two cattle, four goats, and two sheep, all reasonably suspected of being stolen or unlawfully obtained. The incidents are said to have occurred at Gibson Corner.
