Chef pleads not guilty to stealing $6000 from retired woman

TWENTY FOUR year-old chef who is accused of stealing EC$6,500 from a retired social worker of Cane Garden, pled not guilty when he appeared in the Kingstown Magistrates Court on April 11, 2022.

The police said in a release that Isiah Durrant of Stubbs was arrested and charged on April 8, 2022 with the offence of theft.

The matter has been adjourned to June 22, 2022.
