Biabou woman charged with property damage and theft

A 35 year old female labourer of Biabou is expected to appear in court to answer charges of damage to property and theft.

The police said in a release that Moniesha Davis was arrested and slapped with the two charges on March 28.

Davis is alleged to have damaged a 32 inch aluminium glass door valued at EC$950. She is also alleged to have entered the business “Embroid it” and stealing a quantity of clothing valued at EC$6,598.00, the property of a 37 year old businessman of Dorsetshire Hill. The incident is said to have occurred in Middle Street, Kingstown, between 12:15 p.m and 7:10 a.m on March 19, 2022.
Davis is expected to appear in the Magistrates Court to answer the charges.
