Hunte to stand trial at High Court

The young man who was charged with the death of West St. George student David Glenn will face trial at the High Court.{{more}}

Romano Hunte, a 21-year-old resident of Ashburton was committed to stand trial at the High Court before a judge and jury.

At the end of the Preliminary Inquiry on Tuesday September 22, 2009, Chief Magistrate Sonya Young found that there was sufficient evidence for Hunte to answer to, in relation to Glenn’s death.

David Glenn, 14 was stabbed as he was entering a minibus at Belair on the March 4, 2009. He subsequently died.
